The place of Elephant Thai Restaurant- "2"
Very delicious food to eat, to make you feel not fed but want to more. There is very textures of food that different than any regular one of the Asia Restaurants but no hard feelings, We still love Chinese, or Japanese or Korean, and other. But this Thai-Elephant is different than other.

I always go to his restaurant as "usual" every Thursday nights, like three or two time a month how depend on me what I am too bored at home. I order very basic to start with these food- to see how change they have best taste of the Elephant Thai.
They are very excellent Thai masters and found out they are real persons from Thailand to come here to work and make living at all and give us good best food to make us happy, it's happiness food!
I drink some hot sake, too. Of course, they have the full bar for the drinks. Maybe you can ask them to be different about the drinks what they learned in Thailand? Give a some sip some flavors? Ask them.

There the menu that I like: Vegetable Fried Rice, it's very different than Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice's cooking. They are best curry with any kind of meat. It's made feel soft and pure of the noodles what they made.
Tasty of the sauces. They are specialized hot and spicy but they will do something without spicy in order.
I don't like too much spicy on the food, but most people love the spicy the best.

It's very delicious. I rather for you you to come there at the dinner is the best.
Warning you, Waiters and Waitresses are CHARMED and friendly to deaf people in Hopewell, you know that?  Let me know what's feeling about you in Richmond?

Hurricane Irene almost ruined Historical of Hopewell, Va

I found what happened that all residents seems not concerned about these own township-
Since my experience through the hurricanes routes in many years here in Hopewell, many go lucky missed the passing of the Hurricanes- only I moved here in the years, and only hurricane ruined to hit Hopewell is two times And the blizzards winter time hits in Hopewell is two times.
I noticed the people don't concerns about the neighbors at the streets during aftermath of Hurricane Irene. Every time me and my husband by next day and knock every neighbors to see everything alright.
Make some sense, and give some hearty? Can't you?
I don't make you do this, but to keep in mind what your heart tells you. We are deaf family who very concerns about the historical township of Hopewell. We cares! 
Red Cross-
Red Cross came to aid in Hopewell, only two trucks to give some lunches and dinners, but they are late to arrived on time. In first day was very bad day by long line to getting the lunches and dinners. They give free ice bags. Red Cross rep. asked me to say about how it was doing these best acting for Red Cross, and asked how I am doing, they asked me some questions with very concerns.... I told them, we are doing fine. We use old lamps, with a room to use TV small power from old generator. And I told them we have gas to running hot water, it's good thing to use shower. Red Cross Rep was satisfied to heard what I told. I have good managed and worried. I told them I am very frustrated of loss of our food to tossed away.  My house is no power for 7 days. I told them that I lined long way by two hours due to that late for Red Cross trucks. is that joke? They told me very sorry. 
That is my first time to stood and line at the Red Cross, and got a box, and I looked and laughed myself, is it that all? Sandwich: turkey and cheese, with no fantasy? And small peach and chocolate milk? No bottled water? Dinner: beef stew and salad with ranch, and bread, and dessert: peach can?
Red cross gave no fantasy food, huh? It is my first time experience to see how it is.

Police Department/Fire Department- We seem need to cooperative with people each other. At Red Cross, in the old library, that all policemen and firemen are very impressive to show how they care about the people, with those own reputations, they did shake hands with us, to comfort us for loss all week with no power. They cared! Clap, Clap them! 
Where are the Mayor of Hopewell and other? We don't see any the mayor of Hopewell, or councilmen and or, lawyers, the companies CEO or wealth people to aid.
Seem so they are too sissy to show up?I bet they are. What a shame.
Where is Va Power service to fix?

I noticed that Va Power went in first to fix "business, companies, governments, banks, popular buildings" are first class... then we are the last? Oh, it's pain. It's 7 days with no luck about back to power on. I checked the website, that they didn't updated up with next move- what they would be fix? I feel that full completed by Tuesday, Not Friday. I figure it out why they are late. I can see that Red Cross already know and prepare for us after the Labor Day, they will stopped to give away free food because all Va Power are the done by after The Labor Day. Sound like Va Power and the companies took the plan to make to collect the bonus money by the market stock, that they can read how high level of the marketing stocks are about to grow. Is that ripped off with the rise of prices in the weekend?
